It’s a matter of public record, which means any insurance company can look at it. As to the length, most companies only look back 3 years, although more serious things like driving while drunk that leads to vehicular manslaughter can stay on 5 to 7 years.

EVERYWHERE YOU GO YOUR RECORD WILL FOLLOW YOU…AND EVERY INSURANCE PLACE WILL SEE YOUR DRIVING RECORD…IT TAKES ABOUT 5 YEARS TO COME OFF YOUR RECORD……AND VIOLATIONS OR INFRACTIONS TAKE ABOUT 3 YEARS TO COME OF YOUR RECORD.

3 years and it is centrally recorded so every insurance company can see it.

About three years, but if you really want to know call the insurance co and ask them.
