I am attending a college right now in the fall. I was wondering if I still get my financial aid money if I transfer schools in the Spring. I do not want to be out any money so I am trying to make the best choice.

You would need to add the new school to your FAFSA application and they will need to process your loans for the Spring semester. Your current school can not pay you any financial aid for a semester that you are not attending at their college. Make sure you contact your new school and find out what paperwork they will need in order to finalize your award for the Spring semester.
The FAFSA application is transferable to another institution however the forms and paperwork that you completed with your current school are not. You will most likely need to complete these forms with your new school as well.

It depends when you did fill out your fafsa you would had to put the schools name that you are transfering to so they will know where to send the money.

I think as long as you give a notification to your financial aid office at your campus, you still can get your financial aid loans.
