I am planning to sell my car and cancel my auto insurance. If I want to rent a car, am I required to buy their rental car insurance, since I wouldn’t have any other auto insurance otherwise?

I recently bought a prepaid credit card with 50 dollars on it, I went to paypal to put the card on it but it said the card is denied, I did some searching and found an article that said most big business wont accept prepaid cards because the money can be spent before they bill the card (garbage). So.. is there some way to get a prepaid card on paypal?

If a person owns a car and that is the only personal property that he/she owns and is unemployed, can the collection agency seize the vehicle?
Also what would happen if a person who is in default lives a country for good?
It’s not about me. And a person who wants to move to a different reason wants to do that because of personal reasons, not trying to run away because of the debt.

I’ll be honest, since I lost my past job last month, but won’t be getting another paycheck for two more weeks, I’d rather they just offset the check to pay what I owe seeing as how it’s going there anyway. Have they already decided if they’re going to be offset, or it won’t be determined until later next month?

My basement wall has caved in and winter is coming. My husband who used to be a liscensed contractor says that if it is not fixed before winter our house will cave in. I currently have contents insurance with company A, due for renewal in 2 weeks time, and buildings insurance with company B, due for renewal at the end of June.
Company A is offering free contents insurance if you take out buildings insurance at the same time.
If I do this two weeks from now, would I get a pro-rate rebate from company B, for the period April-June?
